Accumu-List Transactional Reseller Agreement
Accumu-List Co. | Pennsylvania law | No arbitration
Effective September 29, 2026 · Version 2026-09-29-tr
Effective date: September 29, 2026.
This agreement is designed for electronic acceptance and as a written contract.
This agreement is a plain-language contract between Accumu-List Co. (“Accumu-List,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or business using the Accumu-List website or services (“you” or “your”). Accumu-List is a Pennsylvania corporation. Accumu-List provides an online brokerage and transaction-facilitation service for pre-owned personal property. Accumu-List does not buy, sell, own, warehouse, inspect, authenticate, possess, ship, or take title to Goods unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
By creating an account, submitting Goods, accepting an offer, bidding, purchasing a lot, clicking an acceptance button, or otherwise using the services, you agree to this agreement and any transaction-specific terms displayed to you. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Key terms
- “Goods”
- personal property offered through the services, including items grouped into a “Lot.”
- “Goods-Data”
- photos, video, descriptions, measurements, condition information, provenance information, serial numbers, receipts, and other information supplied by a Seller.
- “Seller”
- a person or business offering Goods through Accumu-List.
- “AC-Reseller”
- a professional reseller that has a continuing contractual relationship with Accumu-List and receives the first opportunity to buy certain categories of Goods.
- “Reseller”
- an AC-Reseller or another professional buyer that participates in a particular transaction under a transactional agreement with Accumu-List.
- “Lot”
- one or more Goods grouped by Accumu-List for an offer or sale. A Lot may contain Goods from more than one Seller.
- “Sale”
- a transaction in which a Seller accepts a Reseller’s offer to purchase a Lot.
- “Marketplace”
- the Accumu-List online environment in which eligible Lots may be offered to participating Resellers for bids or offers.
- “Securely Held Funds”
- the purchase price paid to Accumu-List by a Reseller after a Sale and held for the transaction until release under this agreement.
2. Transaction-only status
You are a professional buyer/reseller participating in one or more specific transactions without the continuing first-opportunity rights of an AC-Reseller. Each transaction is governed by this agreement plus the transaction record for that Lot. You may receive a Lot after an AC-Reseller declines it or when Accumu-List otherwise offers it through the Marketplace.
