Accumu-List Transaction Safety Notice
Please Read Before Completing Your Transaction
Effective October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01-ts
Effective date: October 1, 2026.
Accumu-list is a broker and transaction facilitator. Our role is to help connect qualified buyers and sellers, support the listing and offer process, and handle payment through the approved Accumu-list transaction process.
Once the buyer and seller are connected to arrange logistics — including pickup, delivery, inspection, packing, shipping, or transfer of the items — those arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller. Accumu-list does not supervise, monitor, control, or guarantee those arrangements.
Accumu-list is not responsible for private agreements, side arrangements, shipping decisions, pickup coordination, damage during transport, delays, missed appointments, or any promises made directly between the buyer and seller outside the Accumu-list process.
1. What Accumu-list Controls
Accumu-list may help with:
- Creating and displaying listings
- Connecting buyers and sellers
- Communicating offers through the platform
- Holding payment through the approved transaction process
- Releasing or returning funds according to the transaction terms
- Maintaining transaction records
- Suspending or canceling transactions when fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected
2. What Accumu-list Does Not Control
Accumu-list does not control:
- The personal conduct of buyers or sellers after they begin communicating
- Pickup, delivery, shipping, or packing arrangements
- Private payment requests outside Accumu-list
- Side deals made outside the platform
- Promises made between buyer and seller outside the transaction record
- Damage, loss, delays, or disputes caused by third-party shipping or delivery arrangements
3. Important Cautions
For your protection, keep all transaction activity inside the Accumu-list process whenever possible. Do not agree to side payments, outside payment apps, private discounts, or arrangements intended to avoid Accumu-list fees.
Red flags may include:
- A buyer or seller asks to move the deal outside Accumu-list
- Someone requests payment through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, wire transfer, gift card, or cash outside the approved process
- Someone asks you to cancel the Accumu-list transaction and “handle it directly”
- Someone offers a better deal if Accumu-list is excluded
- Someone refuses to document pickup, delivery, or return details
- Someone pressures you to act quickly or avoid the official process
- The item condition, quantity, or description changes after the transaction begins
A person willing to bypass or cheat Accumu-list may also be willing to mislead you. Protect yourself by keeping the transaction documented and by avoiding side arrangements.
